How we run warehousing
Our bonded and open warehouses sit close to the main ports, so cargo moves from the vessel to storage or onward transport without long drives in between.
What is included
Receiving and inspection, storage on pallets or shelving, pick and pack, labelling, kitting and returns handling. Stock levels update in real time in your dashboard.
Cross docking for speed
When goods do not need to be stored, we sort them straight from inbound to outbound trucks. Most cross docked shipments leave within 24 hours of arrival.
When warehousing helps
Use a port side warehouse to hold buffer stock, delay import duties in a bonded area or serve European customers faster from one central location.
How it works, step by step
1. Onboarding
We agree on your products, volumes, packaging and service levels, and connect your web shop or ERP to our warehouse system so orders flow in automatically.
2. Receiving
Inbound containers and trucks are unloaded, counted and checked against your advance shipping notice. Any damage or difference is reported to you the same day with photos.
3. Storage and orders
Goods are stored on pallet racks or shelving. Orders received before the daily cut off are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day.
4. Reporting
You see stock levels, order status and every movement in real time, plus a monthly report with storage use and performance against the agreed service levels.
Value added services
Labelling and relabelling, kitting and bundling, quality checks, repacking into retail ready units, returns handling and inspection, and bonded storage for goods that have not yet been cleared through customs.
What affects the price
Pricing is based on the number of pallet places used, the number of inbound and outbound movements and the value added work per order. Prices are transparent and invoiced monthly, with no long minimum commitment for new customers.
Safety and security
Our warehouses are fully fenced and monitored around the clock, with alarm systems, sprinklers and controlled access. Goods are insured under our warehouse policy, and you can add your own cover for high value stock.
Common questions
What is a bonded warehouse?
A bonded warehouse stores imported goods before import duties and VAT are paid. You pay duties only when the goods leave for the EU market, and not at all when they are shipped on outside the EU. That improves cash flow, especially for stock that moves slowly.
Do you work with web shops?
Yes. We connect with the main e-commerce platforms and ship single parcels as well as pallets to retailers, from one stock location.
